1. Who we are
Sagar Prep publishes independent study material for the UPSC EPFO Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner and Enforcement Officer / Accounts Officer recruitment tests. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, UPSC, EPFO or the Government of India, and we are not a recruitment agency or a coaching institute.
2. What you are buying
- Essential Pack — ₹999. Six subject booklets as PDFs, with their practice quizzes.
- Booster Pack — ₹499. Four subject booklets as PDFs, with their practice sets.
- Both together — ₹1,299. All ten subjects in a single payment.
Prices include all applicable charges. Payment is collected by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI credentials.
3. Delivery
After Razorpay confirms your payment, your personal copy is stamped with your name, email and phone number and emailed to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a few hours. If it has not arrived, write to hello@sagarprep.com with your order reference.
4. Licence and copyright
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and print the files for your own preparation. You may not resell, upload, forward, share, or make them available to any other person or group, in whole or in part. Every page carries the buyer's details, so a leaked copy can be traced. Breach of this clause ends the licence without refund, and we may pursue remedies under the Copyright Act, 1957.
5. Updates
Revisions are free until 20 December 2026. When a notified figure changes, the edition is revised and buyers are told where to download it again.
6. Accuracy and no guarantee of result
The notes are written carefully from official sources, but law, schemes and figures change, and mistakes are possible. Nothing here is legal or financial advice. We do not promise selection, a rank, or any particular score. Always verify a disputed figure against the relevant Gazette notification or official release.

9. Acceptable use of this website
Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or to the download links. The free sample pages are watermarked and are provided for evaluation only.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date. Your purchase is governed by the version in force on the day you paid.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
