1. Scope
This policy explains what personal information Sagar Prep collects through sagarprep.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV or bank credentials. Those are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own systems.
3. Information stored in your browser
Some features of this site — such as remembering your place in the sample reader — store small amounts of data in your own browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
4. How we use your information
- To watermark and deliver the files you purchased.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To tell you when the edition you bought is updated.
- To keep basic business records of sales.
5. Who we share it with
- Razorpay — to process your payment. Their own privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Our email provider — to send you your files.
- Cloudflare — which serves this website and processes technical request data such as IP addresses for security and delivery.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
6. Analytics and advertising
If measurement tools (Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel) are active on this site, they record page views and purchases in aggregate so that we can see which pages work and how our advertising performs. They do not receive your name, and we do not upload customer lists to them.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide support and updates for the edition you bought, and to meet any legal or accounting obligation. You may ask us to delete your details once your purchase is complete and the update period has ended.
8. Your rights
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to record-keeping we are legally required to do.

9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including serving this site over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our products are meant for adult candidates preparing for a recruitment examination. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, the updated version is posted on this page with a revised date.
