The short version
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly and permanently,
purchases are generally not refundable once the files have been sent. That is exactly why we
publish free samples of every subject — please read them before you buy.
1. Try before you buy
Eight real pages of every subject are free to read on our website. They are taken from the actual booklets, not a summary. Read them and ask us anything on our Telegram help desk before you pay.
2. When we will refund you
- You were charged but received nothing. Payment was taken, we did not deliver within 48 hours, and we cannot fix it by re-sending.
- Duplicate payment. You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Wrong product delivered. We sent a different subject or package than the one you paid for and cannot correct it.
- The files are unusable. The PDFs are corrupted or will not open and we cannot supply a working copy.
3. When we will not refund you
- You downloaded the files and simply changed your mind.
- You did not read the free samples and decided afterwards that the style or depth does not suit you.
- You bought the wrong subject by mistake after the correct files were delivered as ordered. (Write to us anyway — we will usually help you swap.)
- You did not pass the examination, or are dissatisfied with your result.
- You expected content we do not claim to cover. The website states what each package includes.
4. How to request a refund
Write to hello@sagarprep.com within 7 days of your purchase with:
- your order reference (the code shown at checkout, for example SP4K2X9C);
- the email address used for the purchase;
- a short description of the problem.
5. How long it takes

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different account.
6. Cancellation
Because delivery is effectively immediate, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and the files have been sent. If you have paid but not yet received the files and want to cancel, write to us at once and we will cancel and refund in full.
